Order processing time

In case of online payments or bank transfers, we send all the purchased goods as soon as the money is credited to our account. It takes us up to 2 days to prepare the goods for the delivery. Shipments are delivered by courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address.

Attention! When paying by online transfer, the time of delivery is extended by the time of processing the transfer.

Average prices for shipping are:

• the UE – 15€ for a 5 kilo parcel
• Ukraine – 20€ for a parcel up to 20 kilos
• Russia – 56€ for a parcel up to 20 kilos
